Features

Easy PDR covers the whole course of a hail damage job – from the first tap on a panel to the report reaching the customer.

Calculation

Six ways to calculate are available. For Switzerland VFFS/ASEAI 2025 (dents up to 25 mm, 25–50 mm, over 50 mm with a factor of 1.5, mixed sizes 100 %/70 %, a 25 % surcharge for aluminium and as standard for roof rails and rear quarter panels, pre-pushing as a percentage deduction, preparation 10 LU) and the Zurich Z table 2024 (light up to 20 mm, medium 20–35 mm, the Z formula for mixed sizes, aluminium 25 %, combined repair −40 %, preparation 10 or 5 LU). Consumables at 5 % up to CHF 100, discount, removal work, VAT and the cap set by the conventional repair are all taken into account automatically. For jobs abroad there are also BVAT (Germany) and UPEX (Belgium), and where a fixed price has been agreed the flat rate applies – no table, but the same report. For individual dents without hail there is a sixth method, the calculation for parking dents: a price per panel from the company’s price list, graded by the number and size of the dents, with a surcharge for aluminium and for edges, swage lines or hard-to-reach spots, and strip-down work by time spent. A template is included; the figures are set by the company, and the report states where the prices come from.

Vehicle diagram

14 panels as an exploded view (bonnet, front wings, doors, rear quarter panels, roof, roof rails, upper boot lid, tailgate). Colours show the status: calculated, pre-pushing, replacement. On a phone the entry form opens as a sheet from the bottom – usable with gloves on.

Photos

Take photos per panel or of the vehicle straight from the camera. Images are scaled down and re-encoded, and you decide for each photo whether it goes into the report.

PDF report and email

The report contains the customer, the vehicle (make, model, registration, VIN, colour, kilometres, keeper, insurer, claim number), labour units per panel, costs and the selected photos. Every version is stored. One click sends the report to the customer as an attachment – replies go straight to the technician.

Customers, technicians, assignments

The admin creates customers with an hourly rate and releases them to technicians for a period. Technicians only see assigned customers and their own jobs. Completed jobs can only be changed by the admin.

Customer portal

Customers (garages, fleets, insurers) get their own sign-in and see their jobs with a PDF download – with no access to any other data.

Invoices and statistics

The completed job becomes the invoice with a Swiss QR Code – a normal IBAN or a QR reference, so payments can be matched unambiguously. Your existing number series can be carried on (format, number of digits and the next number are configurable). On top of that: two-stage payment reminders, credit notes, free-standing invoices without a job, and the combined invoice, which puts several vehicles for the same customer on one document – one block per vehicle with the registration and the amount. Invoices written outside the app can be entered afterwards, so revenue and statistics are complete. From the Team plan onwards.

Statistics and key figures

For any period you pick: jobs and labour units, net revenue, the company’s earnings after technician shares, open and overdue amounts, the average job value and the approval rate. On top of that: discounts granted, the spread of dent sizes, the most frequent panels and makes, a table per technician with jobs, dents, units, revenue and share – and revenue per customer, the figure that shows who the business depends on. Each technician sees their own share, not the company margin. From the Team plan onwards. On the Pro plan the whole period downloads as an Excel file – four sheets, every customer and every technician, not just the largest. For the accountant, the tax return or your own numbers.

Languages

Interface, PDF report and emails in seven languages: German, French, Italian, English, Dutch, Spanish and Portuguese. The language follows the customer, not the technician – the report goes out in the language stored with the customer.

Customer approval

Instead of chasing by phone, you send the customer a secure link. They see the calculation and approve or reject it with a reason; time, name and comment stay on the job. If they would rather call, you enter the approval by hand.

Photo retention

Photos are deleted automatically 12 months after upload, 36 months on the Pro plan. Job, calculation and invoice stay intact. A warning appears beforehand in the job and by email, so the report can be saved in time.

Personnel file

A company can keep a file on every employee: first and last name, home address, private phone number, date of birth, nationality, type and expiry of the residence permit, bank details, start and leaving dates, an internal note, and copies of passport, ID card, permit or contract. It is open to the company’s administrators and to the person concerned, who keeps their own address up to date; start date, leaving date and the internal note are set by the company alone. The account number is encrypted in the database, the documents encrypted outside the web root. Every read is logged, not only every change – with personnel data, “who looked” matters as much as “who changed something”; the log holds field names, never values. Once a leaving date is entered, the ID copies are deleted six months later; the file itself stays, because payroll still needs the address and the bank details for years.

Security

HTTPS, two-factor sign-in, lockout after failed attempts, roles checked on the server, files outside the web root, an audit log, hosting in Switzerland.

Hail radar

Official severe-weather warnings from 37 countries, taken from the national weather services via EUMETNET – MeteoAlarm. The radar shows not just the country but the warning area the weather service itself names – almost 2000 regions with their real outlines, drawn on the map. Where no area is available for a warning, a marker stands for the country, so the difference stays visible. You pick your countries in advance and individual regions straight from a warning; plus the warning level from which you are notified, and whether only warnings that explicitly name hail count. The notification arrives by e-mail, as a push message on the phone, or both. Every warning names its issuer and the time it was issued, and the app says what it is: a forecast, not a confirmed measurement. From the Team plan.
